* 1 teaspoon Tamarind Paste – (adjust the amount to taste)
* 1/2 teaspoon Maharashtrian Goda Masala
* 1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
* Coriander (Dhania) Leaves – Handful
* Salt – to taste
