* 1/2 cup Fresh Pomegranate Fruit Kernels
* 1 teaspoon Salt
* 1/2 teaspoon Sugar – powdered
* 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder
* 1 Lemon juice
* 1 Cucumber
* 3 Mint Leaves (Pudina) – for garnish

1. To begin with the Kulia Fruit Chat Recipe, let’s start by making the filling.
2. In a mixing bowl take pomegranate kernels and add salt, boora, chaat masala and lemon juice.
