* 1/2 कप फॉक्सटेल मिलेट
* 1/2 कप जोवार के दाने
* 1/4 कप सफ़ेद उरद दाल
* 2 बड़े चम्मच मेथी के दाने
* 1 प्याज – काट ले
* 1 हरी मिर्च
* 1 इंच अदरक – काट ले
* 5 कली लहसुन – काट ले
* 1 छोटा चम्मच राइ
* 1 छोटा चम्मच उरद दाल
* 1 टहनी कढ़ी पत्ता – काट ले
* 1 टहनी हरा धनिया – काट ले
* 2 बड़े चम्मच नारियल – कस ले
* नमक – स्वाद अनुसार

1. To make Millet Jovar Paniyaram recipe, first soak the Millet and Jowar in water for 8 hours.
2. Now pour it into a mixer grinder and grind it.
3. Now add soda, salt, mix and keep it aside.
4. Now heat oil on a pan.
5. Add the mustard seeds, urad dal and cook it for 20 seconds.
6. Add curry leaves and let it splutter.
7. After this add ginger, garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
8. Now add onion and cook till it becomes soft.

11. Now heat a paniyaram pan.
12. Add a little ghee to each cavity and add Jovar Millet mixture.
13. Cover the paniyaram pan and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
14. Now turn the other side and cook till it turns golden brown.
