* 1 cup Green Moong Sprouts
* 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
* 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
* 1 pinch Asafoetida (hing)
* 1 Green Chilli – finely chopped
* 1 inch Ginger – grated
* 2 tablespoon Fresh coconut – grated
* 1 Lemon juice
* Salt – to taste
* Water – as required
* 1 sprig Curry leaves
* 2 Dry Red Chillies

1. splutter the mustard seeds and jeera.
2. Then sprinkle a pinch of hing.
3. Place the moong sprouts in the pressure cooker.

5. Heat oil in a skillet pan over medium heat.
