* 2 tablespoons Sooji (Semolina/ Rava)
* 4 tablespoons Gram flour (besan)
* 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
* 1/4 teaspoon Salt
* 3/4 cup Caster Sugar
* 1/2 cup Ghee
* 1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
* 3 tablespoons Curd (Dahi / Yogurt) – or more if required
* 1 cup Ghee

1. preheat the oven to 180 C.
2. And prepare a baking sheet greased with butter or ghee.
3. In a stand mixer or a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients together.
