* 2 cloves Garlic
* 100 grams Broccoli – cut into florets
* 50 grams Instant Oats (Oatmeal)
* 40 grams Rolled Oats Or Instant Oats
* 50 grams Paneer (Homemade Cottage Cheese)
* 1/4 cup Black olives – pitted
* 1 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns
* 1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
* 1/2 cup Walnuts
* Salt – to taste

1. we will first stir fry the broccoli in a wok or kadai.
2. Heat a teaspoon of oil in a wok, add the broccoli and garlic, sprinkle some salt and sauté until the broccoli is cooked.
3. Once the broccoli is cooked, turn off the heat and allow it to cool.
4. Once cooled, add all the ingredients including broccoli garlic mixture, instant oats, pepper and spice oats, paneer, black olives, whole black peppercorns, cumin powder, walnuts, salt into a food processor and blend to make a smooth paste.
5. You will notice that the texture is coarse when you try to grind it very well.
