* 1 inch Ginger – finely chopped
* 2 Green Chillies – slit
* 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
* 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
* 5 Curry leaves
* 1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
* Salt – as needed
* 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
