* 1 Green zucchini – diced
* 400 grams Button mushrooms – cut into half
* 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
* 5 cloves Garlic – crushed
* 1/2 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns – crushed
* 2 teaspoons Mixed Herbs (Dried)
