* 500 ml Curd (Dahi / Yogurt) – well beaten
* 2 to 3 Papad – masala preferably
* 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
* 1/2 teaspoon Paprika powder
* 2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves – finely chopped
* Rock Salt – to taste

### Step-by-Step Instructions to Make Papad Raita Recipe:

1. roast the masala papad using a stove top or microwave and keep aside.
2. Now, take a big bowl, pour the curd and whisk it to a smooth and creamy consistency.
3. Add the roasted cumin, paprika powder and rock salt to taste, mix it even and refrigerate for 2 hours.
