* 1 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
* 1/2 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves – chopped
* 1 cup Mint Leaves (Pudina) – chopped
* 1 Green Chilli – chopped
* 1 inch Ginger – chopped
* Salt – to taste
* Sunflower Oil
