* 100 gram Ginger – peeled and julienned
* 1 teaspoon Salt
* 2 Lemons – juiced
* 4 Green Chillies – slit

1. To prepare the Ginger Pickle, first peel and wash the ginger.
2. Pat dry it with the kitchen towel.
3. Cut ginger into thin juliennes or strips.
