* 3 Whole Eggs
* 1 Onion
* 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
* 1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds
* 1/4 teaspoon White Urad Dal (Split)
* 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
* 1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
* Salt – Salt
* 6 Curry leaves
