* 600 grams Potatoes (Aloo) – partly boiled
* 2 tablespoons Butter
* 2 tablespoons Coriander (Dhania) Seeds
* 5 sprig Fresh Thyme leaves
* 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
* Salt – to taste
