### Ingredients for Sesame Seeds Chutney (Recipe In Hindi):

* 3 बड़े चमच्च काले तिल
* 1 बड़ा चमच्च सफ़ेद उरद दाल
* 3 बड़े चमच्च नारियल – कस ले
* 5 सुखी लाल मिर्च
* कढ़ी पत्ता – थोड़े
* इमली – छोटी
* नमक – स्वाद अनुसार
* 1 छोटा चमच्च तेल – प्रयोग अनुसार
* 1 छोटा चमच्च तेल
* 1/2 छोटा चमच्च राइ
* कढ़ी पत्ता – थोड़े

### Step-by-Step Instructions to Make Sesame Seeds Chutney (Recipe In Hindi):

1. To make allu chutney, first soak the tamarind in some water.
2. Now heat a pan and add black sesame seeds.
3. Keep roasting on medium flame.
4. After roasting, remove and keep it aside.
5. Now heat 1 teaspoon of oil in the same pan.
6. Add urad dal, dry red chilli and curry leaves to it, cook till the dal turns golden.
7. Turn off the gas.
8. In a mixer grinder, add black sesame seeds, tamarind water, red chilli and dal mixture and salt.
9. Grind till it becomes a thick paste.
10. Take this chutney in a bowl.
11. Now heat oil in a tempering pan.
12. Add mustard seeds and let it cook for 10 seconds.
13. Add curry leaves after 10 seconds.
14. After 5 seconds, add this tempering to the chutney and mix.
15. Serve.
16. Serve Allu Chutney with Mixed Vegetable Sambar, Rice and Chow Chow Thoran.
