* 1 Aubergine
* 2 cups Vegetable stock
* 2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
* 1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
* 1/2 teaspoon Salt
* Salt – to taste
* 2 teaspoons Badam (Almond) – toasted
* Sunflower Oil
