### Ingredients for Soya Keema Masala Recipe:
* 1/2 कप सोया चंक्स
* 1 टमाटर – बारीक काट ले
* 1 प्याज – बारीक काट ले
* 2 हरी मिर्च – बारीक काट ले
* 3 आलू
* 1/4 कप हरे मटर
* 1 छोटा चमच्च जीरा
* 1 बड़ा चमच्च तेल
* 1-1/2 छोटा चमच्च अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
* 1 बड़ा चमच्च धनिया पाउडर
* 1 बड़ा चमच्च लाल मिर्च पाउडर
* 1/4 छोटा चमच्च हल्दी पाउडर
* 1/2 छोटा चमच्च गरम मसाला पाउडर
* 1 छोटा चमच्च जीरा
* नमक – स्वाद अनुसार
### Step-by-Step Instructions to Make Soya Keema Masala Recipe:
1. To make Soya Keema Masala, first boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan.
2. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and soy chunks to it.
3. Allow to stay in hot water for 12 to 15 minutes.
4. Remove the water from the soya and keep it aside.
5. Soak the green peas in hot water.
6. Remove after 3 minutes and keep it aside.
7. Wash, clean and peel the potatoes.
8. Pour into the pressure cooker and cook till 2 cities come.
9. Now heat oil in a pan.
10. Add cumin seeds and cook for 15 seconds.
11. After 15 seconds, add onion and green chilies and cook till the onion becomes soft.
12. After the onion becomes soft, add ginger garlic paste to it and let it cook for 2 minutes.
13. After 2 minutes add tomatoes and cook till they become soft.
14. After the tomatoes are soft, add cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt.
15. Allow to cook for 15 seconds.
16. After 15 seconds, add soya, potato and green peas.
17. Mix and let it cook for 10 minutes.
18. Turn off the gas after 10 minutes and garnish with green coriander.
19. Serve soya keema masala with boondi raita and tawa paratha for dinner.
