### Ingredients for Sweet & Spicy Amla Chutney Recipe:
* 100 grams Amla (Nellikai/ Gooseberry)
* 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
* 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
* 1 sprig Curry leaves
* 2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
* 1 pinch Asafoetida (hing)
* 1/4 cup Jaggery
* Salt – to taste
* Sunflower Oil
### Step-by-Step Instructions to Make Sweet & Spicy Amla Chutney Recipe:
1. pressure cook the amla along with a little water for three whistles.
2. Once the pressure is released, open the cooker and deseed the alma.
3. Grind the cooked amla in a mixer along with a little water and make into a smooth paste.
4. Heat a kadai with oil, add the cumin seeds, mustard seeds and hing, allow it to crackle.
5. Add red chilli powder and give it a stir, add ground amla paste and mix well.
6. Add jaggery and salt and cook for a few minutes until the mixture comes together.
7. Serve the Sweet & Spicy Amla Chutney Recipe along with Crispy dosa or thalipeeth to enjoy it along with your breakfast meal.
