* 1/4 Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) – chopped
* 3 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves – finely chopped
* 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
* 2 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil – (optional)
* 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
* 3/4 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera) – roasted
* 1/2 teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder
* Salt – to taste

1. we will pressure cook the legumes that are soaked overnight 3 cups of water in pressure cooker with some salt.
2. Pressure cook for at least 6-8 whistle.
3. Allow the pressure to release naturally and drain any excess water.
