* 1 cup Rice – or brown rice
* 3 Tomatoes
* 1 Green Chilli – finely chopped
* Basil leaves – Few
* 7 cloves Garlic – crushed
* Extra Virgin Olive Oil – as required
* 1 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns
* Salt – as required
* Water – as needed
* Coriander (Dhania) Leaves – or Basil leaves for garnish

1. firstly add tomatoes with required amount of water in a saucepan.
2. Cook it till the skin of tomatoes start coming out.
3. Peel the skin of the tomatoes and chop them very finely.
