* 1/2 cup Jaggery – powdered
* 6 Whole Black Peppercorns
* 2 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds – pounded
* 1 inch Ginger
* 1/2 Lemon – squeezed
* Tulsi (holy basil) – to garnish
