* 3/4 cup Brown Sugar (Demerara Sugar)
* 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
* 1 teaspoon Baking soda
* 1 teaspoon Instant Coffee Powder
* 1/4 teaspoon Salt
* 1/3 cup Sunflower Oil
* 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
* 1 teaspoon Vinegar
* 1 cup Water – (adjust)
* 1/2 cup Ripe Bananas – mashed
* 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
