* 1/2 कप पिली मूंग दाल – स्प्लिट

* 1 इंच अदरक – कस ले

* 1 प्याज – बारीक काट ले
* 1 टहनी हरा धनिया – बारीक काट ले
* 1 छोटा चम्मच निम्बू का रस
* 1 छोटा चम्मच जीरा पाउडर
* 1/2 छोटा चम्मच चाट मसाला पाउडर
* 1/4 छोटा चम्मच बेकिंग पाउडर
* नमक – स्वाद अनुसार
