* 1 cup Walnuts
* 1 cup Sugar
* 1/2 cup Ghee
* 3 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds – pounded

1. clean walnuts and grind them into a smooth paste in a mixer grinder by adding some water along with cardamom and sugar.
2. Heat the kadai and pour some ghee.
3. Reserve a half of the ghee to add later.

5. Add some ghee in between to achieve the proper consistency.
