* 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
* 1 Whole Egg
* 1/4 cup Milk
* 1 tablespoon Fresh cream
* 1 pinch Salt
* 1 tablespoon Butter – softened
* 1/2 Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) – sliced
* 1/2 Red Bell pepper (Capsicum) – sliced
* 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper (Capsicum) – sliced
* 1 Onion – sliced
* 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
* Salt – to taste
* 4 Whole Eggs
* Extra Virgin Olive Oil – for cooking

1. first, in a bowl add milk, eggs and beat well.
2. Add fresh cream, salt and beat again until well combined.
3. Now add wheat flour and beat until no lumps are left and you get a thin smooth batter.
4. Cover and refrigerate it for about 1 hour.
5. To make the filling – heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a pan.
6. Break eggs into the oil and mix well until cooked but still soft.
7. Add a pin of salt and mix well.
8. Remove cooked scrambled eggs from pan and set aside.
9. Into the same pan add remaining 1 teaspoon olive oil.
10. Add sliced onions and sauté till onions turn translucent.
11. Add thinly sliced bell peppers and sauté.
