* 1/2 cup Masoor Dal (Whole)
* 250 grams Spinach Leaves (Palak) – chopped and steamed

* 1 inch Ginger – grated
* 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
* 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
* Salt – to taste
* 1 tablespoon Ghee
* 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
* 2 Dry Red Chillies
### Step-by-Step Instructions to Make Dal Palak Recipe With Moong & Masoor Dal:
