* 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
* 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
* 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
* 8 Curry leaves
* 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* 1/4 cup Fresh coconut – grated
* 2 Green Chillies
* 2 sprig Curry leaves
* 1 inch Ginger
* Salt – to taste
* Sunflower Oil

2. Blend all the ingredients “to be ground” including fresh coconut, green chillies, curry leaves, ginger, salt into a coarse paste and keep aside.
