* 1 cup Dates
* 1/4 cup Apricots – dried
* 1 cup Badam (Almond)
* 4 tablespoon Pistachios
* 2 tablespoon Ragi Flour (Finger Millet/ Nagli)
* 2 tablespoon Flax seed powder (flax meal)
* 2 tablespoon Peanut Butter
* 1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
* 1 tablespoon Spirulina
