* 1/2 cup Rice flour

* 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
* 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* 1 cup Spring Onion (Bulb & Greens) – finely chopped
* Salt – to taste
* Red Chilli powder – to taste
* Sunflower Oil – to shallow fry

1. start with mixing all the flours and spices in a large mixing bowl including Bajra Flour, Jowar Flour, Rice Flour, Ginger Garlic Paste, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt and Red Chilli Powder.
2. Mix everything well.
3. Next, add water slowly to make a pouring batter.
4. Make sure the batter should be flowy and not runny.
5. Adjust salt according to taste.
6. Now add cumin seeds, spring onions and mix well.
