* 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)

* 5 Curry leaves
* 1 Green Chillies – finely chopped
* 3 cloves Garlic – finely chopped
* 1 Onion – finely chopped
* 1 Tomato – chopped
* 1/4 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
* 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
* 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
* Salt – as required
* Water – as required
* Sunflower Oil – as required

1. To prepare Sukhi Dahi Wali Lauki Recipe (Yogurt Based Bottle Gourd Sabzi), firstly, heat oil in a Kadai.
