* 2 Lady fish
* 1/2 cup Fresh coconut – grated
* 20 grams Tamarind
* 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* 1 Mooli/ Mullangi (Radish)
* 4 Dry Red Chillies
* 3 Whole Black Peppercorns
* 1/2 teaspoon Coriander (Dhania) Seeds
* 1/2 cup Onion – chopped
* 1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
* 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* 1/2 tablespoon Red Chilli powder
* 1 teaspoon Salt
### Step-by-Step Instructions to Make Goan Lady Fish Curry Recipe – Muddoshi Hooman:
1. clean and cut the fish into 2-3 pieces.
2. Wash and keep aside.
3. Marinate by applying turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and keep it aside for a minimum of 30 minutes.
4. Separately cut the radish into 2 inch long fingers and boil them separately.
5. The next step is to make the gravy.
6. Grind, grated coconut, turmeric powder, tamarind, peppercorns, coriander and red chillies by adding 1/2 cup water to make a thin gravy in a mixer grinder.
7. In a heavy bottomed pan, add oil and fry the chopped onions till they turn brownish.
8. Add the fish and cook on medium flame for about 2 minutes.
9. Pour the gravy and stir.
10. Add 1/2 cup of water in the same.
11. Add the radish and boil for 10 minutes more by covering the utensil.
12. Serve hot.
