* crush 1/2 cup gram flour
* 1 onion – finely chopped
* 1 green chili – chopped
* 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
* 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
* 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
* Salt – 1 sprig of green coriander – chopped
* 1 sprig of curry leaves – chopped
* oil – as per taste

1. To make Makhana Pakora, first of all, add crushed Makhana, gram flour, onion, green chillies, cumin, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander leaves and curry leaves in a bowl.
