* 1 Ridge Gourd (Turai/ Peerkangai) – skin peeled and cut into 2 inch cylindrical.

* 1 Onion – chopped
* 1 Tomato – chopped
* 2 tablespoon Roasted Peanuts (Moongphali)
* 1 Green Chilli – chopped
* 2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
* 4 cloves Garlic
* 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
