* 225 grams Spaghetti Pasta – organic whole wheat
* 2 cups Basil leaves
* 1/2 cup Avocado – pulped
* 1/4 cup Walnuts – roughly chopped
* 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
* 2 cloves Garlic
* 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
* Salt – to taste

1. first cook the spaghetti.
2. Begin by setting a large pot of water, with a little salt and a drizzle of olive oil, on a high flame.
3. Bring the water to a rolling boil.
4. Then, lower the flame and drop the pasta into it.
