* 2 teaspoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
* 5 Badam (Almond) – blanched and skin peeled
* Salt – to taste
* Sunflower Oil – for cooking

1. remove the inner white part with the seeds using a spoon and hollow out the karela cylinders.
