* 1 cup potato – chopped
* 2 cups cabbage – chopped
* 1 tablespoon cumin seeds – black
* 3 tablespoons poppy seeds
* 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
* 4 green chilies – as per taste
* 1 tablespoon oil
* 1/2 Teaspoon salt

1. To make Bengali flower Gobhi Paturi, first wash and chop the potatoes and cabbage.
2. Now pour water in a saucepan and let it boil.
3. After the water boils, add cauliflower and let it cook till it becomes soft.
4. Drain the water and keep the cauliflower separately.
5. Now heat oil in a pan.
6. Add cumin seeds and let it cook for 30 seconds.
7. Now add cabbage, potato, turmeric powder, salt and mix.
8. Cover the pan and cook until the vegetables are cooked.

10. Mix poppy seeds in a cup of water and keep it separately for 5 minutes.
