* 1 कप गेहूं का आटा
* 1 छोटा चमच्च तेल
* 1/4 छोटा चमच्च नमक
* पानी – प्रयोग अनुसार
* 2 आलू – उबालकर
* 1 छोटा चमच्च तेल
* 1 सुखी लाल मिर्च – तोड़ी हुई
* 1/2 छोटा चमच्च जीरा
* हींग – चुटकी भर
* 1 हरी मिर्च – बारीक कटी हुई
* 1 इंच अदरक – कसी हुई
* 1 प्याज – बारीक कटे हुए
* 1/4 छोटा चमच्च हल्दी पाउडर
* 1/2 छोटा चमच्च धनिया पाउडर
* 1/2 छोटा चमच्च जीरा पाउडर
* 1/2 छोटा चमच्च गरम मसाला पाउडर
* 1/2 छोटा चमच्च चाट मसाला पाउडर
* 1/4 कप चीज़ – कसा हुआ
* 4 पत्ते हरा धनिया – बारीक कटे हुए
* नमक – स्वाद अनुसार
### Step-by-Step Instructions to Make Cheesy Aloo Paratha (Recipe In Hindi):
1. To make Cheesy Aloo Paratha, first take a big bowl.
2. Add flour, salt, oil, water and knead it.
3. Cover with this one and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.
4. After this we will prepare the masala for filling it.
5. Pour the potatoes in a pressure cooker with water and salt and cook till 3 o’clock.
6. Once done, peel off and mash it.
7. Now heat oil in a pan.
8. Add dry red chillies and cumin seeds.
9. After 10 seconds, add asafoetida, finely chopped onion, green chillies, ginger and salt.
10. Cook till the onion becomes soft.
11. Now add mashed potato, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala, salt and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
12. Add and mix well.
13. Before making the parathas, knead the dough once more.
14. And make small balls from this dough.
15. Sprinkle a little flour and make a small roti.
16. Keep the spices in the center and close it from all sides.
17. Press into the middle and turn it into bread.
18. Bale slowly so that the spices do not come out.
19. Now heat a griddle and place the paratha over it.
20. Add ghee or oil and cook it well on both sides and serve hot.
