* 2 Chayote – skin peeled and chopped small
* 100 grams Green beans (French Beans) – chopped
* 1/2 cup Fresh coconut – grated
* 1 Onion – chopped
* 2 Green Chillies
* 2 sprig Curry leaves
* 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
* 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
* 1 teaspoon White Urad Dal (Split)
* 1 teaspoon Chana dal (Bengal Gram Dal)
* 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* 1 sprig Curry leaves
* Salt – to taste

1. pressure cook the chow chow and green beans with water and salt for about 2 whistle.
2. Allow the pressure to release naturally, drain all the water aside and keep it.
3. Heat a saucepan with oil, add in the mustard seeds, cumin seeds and allow it to crackle.
