* 25 Spinach Leaves (Palak)
* 150 grams Gram flour (besan)
* 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
* 1/2 teaspoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
* 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* Salt – to taste
* Chaat Masala Powder – for sprinkling
* Sunflower Oil – for deep frying
### Step-by-Step Instructions to Make Crispy Palak Pakora Recipe – Monsoon Snack:
1. first get all the ingredients ready.
2. In a large mixing bowl, add the gram flour, turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder.
3. Stir to combine well.
4. Add little water at a time to make a thick pakora batter.
5. Preheat oil in a kadai (wok) for deep frying.
