* 1 cup Rice – washed and soaked in water for 30 minutes
* 1 cup Green beans – finely chopped
* Carrot (Gajjar) – finely chopped
* Broccoli – finely chopped
* Green peas (Matar) – steamed
* 1 cup Coconut milk
* 1-1/2 cups Water
* 1/2 teaspoon Ginger – grated
* 4 Whole Black Peppercorns – crushed
* 1 Stock Lemongrass – cut into 2-3 pieces
* 2 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
* Salt – to taste
