* 1 cup Horse Gram Flour
* 5-6 cloves Garlic – finely chopped
* 2-3 Green Chillies – finely chopped
* 2 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
* 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
* 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
* Salt – to taste
* Lukewarm Water – as required
