* 1 बड़ा चमच्च घी
* 1 कप ओट्स
* 1/2 कप पिली मूंग दाल
* नमक – स्वाद अनुसार
* 2 बड़े चमच्च घी
* 2 बड़े चमच्च काजू – तोड़ दे
* 1/8 छोटा चमच्च हींग
* 1 इंच अदरक
* 1 छोटा चमच्च पूरी काली मिर्च – पीस ले
* 1 टहनी कढ़ी पत्ता
### Step-by-Step Instructions to Make Oats Ven Pongal (Recipe In Hindi):
1. To make Oats Vein Pongal, first wash the moong dal and put it in a pressure cooker.
2. Add 3/4 cup water to it, close the cooker and cook till 1 city comes.
3. After coming to the city, reduce the flame and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
4. Turn off the gas and let the pressure drain automatically.
5. Keep it aside.
6. Now heat ghee in a pan.
7. Add oats to it and cook till it becomes light brown.
8. Add 3/4 cup water and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.
9. After the oats are cooked, add moong dal and salt.
10. Cover the pan, reduce the flame and let it cook for 2 minutes.
11. Now heat ghee in a small pan for tempering.
12. Add cashews to it and cook till it becomes light brown.
13. Now add ginger, black pepper, curry leaves and asafoetida.
14. Cook for a few seconds and turn off the gas.
15. Add this tempering to the oats and mix.
16. Serve.
17. Serve Oats Vein Pongal with Coconut Chutney and Filter Coffee for breakfast.
