* 500 grams Spinach – washed and chopped
* 2 cups tur dal
* 1 cup coconut – grated
* 5 green chillies
* coriander leaves – salt
* 1 tablespoon ghee
* 1/2 teaspoon mustard
* 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
* 1 / 4 teaspoon asafoetida
* 3-4 curry leaves
### Step-by-Step Instructions to Make Palak Tovve Recipe – Palak Tovve Recipe:
1. To make the spinach tauve recipe, firstly add tur dal with 3 cups of water, turmeric powder, salt and turn off the gas.
2. Cook until the city comes 2 and turn off the gas.
3. Now put spinach in a saucepan with water and cook until the spinach becomes soft.

5. Now in a mixer grinder, add coconut, coriander, green chili, salt, water and grind it.
