* 1 cup Paneer (Homemade Cottage Cheese) – cut into cubes
* 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
* 2 cloves Garlic – minced finely
* 1 Lemon juice
* Lemon zest – as required
* 1/4 cup Honey
* 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* Salt – as required
* 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
* Coriander (Dhania) Leaves – for garnish

1. cut paneer into cubes.
2. Mix paneer with salt, turmeric in a mixing bowl and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a skillet and add minced garlic.
4. Sauté it till the garlic releases a nice aroma.
5. Add honey and lemon juice to the garlic and sauté until the mixture thickens enough to coat the paneer pieces well.
