* 1/4 छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर

* 2 बड़े चम्मच घी
* 5 लॉन्ग
* 5 पूरी काली मिर्च – पीस ले
* 1 छोटा चम्मच जीरा
* 1 बड़ा चम्मच मेथी के दाने – रात भर पानी में भिगो ले
* हींग – चुटकी भर
* 1 कप बूंदी
