* 500 ग्राम भिंडी
* 1 इंच अदरक – छील कर कस ले
* 2 प्याज – पतला काट ले
* 1 छोटा चमच्च जीरा
* 1/2 छोटा चमच्च हल्दी पाउडर
* 1/2 छोटा चमच्च लाल मिर्च पाउडर
* नमक – स्वाद अनुसार
* 3 बड़े चमच्च तेल
