* 1 प्याज – पतले काटे हुए
* 2 कली लहसुन – बारिल काटा हुआ

* 1 छोटा चमच्च लाल मिर्च पाउडर
* 1 टहनी कढ़ी पत्ता – बारीक काटा हुआ
* 1 टहनी हरा धनिया – बारीक काटा हुआ
