* 1 cup Broccoli – chopped
* 1/2 Red Bell pepper (Capsicum) – julienne
* 2 Tomatoes – finely chopped
* 8 Garlic – minced
* 2 tablespoons Del Monte Tandoori Mayo
* 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
* Salt – to taste
* 2 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
