* 250 ग्राम सुरन – काट कर उबाल ले
* 100 ग्राम मूंगफली – सेक ले
* 2 हरी मिर्च
* 2 छोटे चमच्च जीरा
* काला नमक या सेंधा नमक – स्वाद
* 1 छोटा चमच्च हल्दी पाउडर
* 1 छोटा चमच्च शक्कर – वैकल्पिक
