* 4 cloves Garlic – chopped
* 1 Green Chilli – slit
* 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds (Saunf)
* 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
* 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* 2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
* 2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves – chopped
* Salt – to taste
* Sunflower Oil

1. we will heat a pressure cooker with oil, add fennel seeds and allow it to crackle.
2. Add ginger, garlic and saute until they soften.
3. Once it softens, add onions and saute until they turn translucent.
