* 1-1 / 2 cup semolina
* 1 cup yogurt
* 1 ginger – grated
* 1/2 cup sweet corn
* 1/2 cup green peas
* 1/2 cup carrots – grated
* 1/2 cup coriander – finely chopped Hua
* 4 green chillies – finely chopped
* 1 tablespoon mustard
* 1/2 tablespoon chana dal
* 10 curry leaves
* 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
* 1 tablespoon oil
* salt – to taste
* 1 teaspoon ino fruit salt
* 1 cup water

1. To make Vegetable Rava Idli, firstly mix semolina, curd and water in a large bowl.
2. Mix it well.
3. After this, add corn, carrot, peas, ginger, coriander and salt.
4. Mix them and keep aside.
5. Now heat the oil in a small pan.
6. When it gets slightly hot, add mustard seeds, chana dal, curry leaves and chili flakes.
7. Keep it aside for a few seconds.
8. Now add the tempering to the semolina and mix it well.
